Mind Matters: A Mental Health Awareness and Employee Well-Being Development Session

In support of the CSC RO VIII Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives, the Office’s staff participated in the “Mind Matters: A Mental Health Awareness and Employee Well-Being Development Session” on 13 February 2026 at the Excellence Hall, CSC RO VIII, Palo, Leyte. The session was facilitated by Dr. Arleen Grace Redoña Castillo-Rosal, Medical Officer IV (Psychiatrist) of Eastern Visayas Medical Center (EVMC). Dr. Rosal discussed the importance of mental health for overall well-being and techniques in building supportive environment in the workplace.
