What is the GFPS?

The Gender and Development Focal Point System (GFPS) is the designated body within CSC RO VIII mandated to plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate all gender mainstreaming activities, programs, and projects.

Legal Basis

Established in compliance with the Magna Carta of Women (R.A. 9710), PCW MC 2025-05, and relevant CSC policies directing all government agencies to institutionalize gender and development in their mandates.

Our Mandate

To ensure all CSC RO VIII policies, programs, projects, and activities are gender-responsive and contribute to the advancement of gender equality, equity, and non-discrimination in public service.
